first week of school is ending and chaos brews in the distance. so i think i will lay this xangaing to rest for a while. i think my poetry light has dimmed and will be quite so for the next long while. busyness seems to push eloquence out of my brain's capacity. so until life is still again...à dieu.

i've just finished...finally....the sun also rises. hemmingway knows how to make an evening quiet. i am quite melancholy as of right now. i rather like it. hm. he's a genius. i am jealous of his words. he creates such a mood that is indescriable to any one other than those who already love him. i think i like that about him. leaves some mystery i guess. ha.

i've been pulled under, into the waves under which he swam.
the push, the pull and the undulation of ambiguity...
the way love felt before this-now tainted my perception.
it seemed dark, cool, and as unpredictable as the tide.

but its on the warm planks of this dock that i have found what love really feels like.
she was wrong and so was i.
this is comfort and this is serene.
this is tangible.

there is stained glass in the sky as we lay here looking up
1,2,3, we count them. panes of thin green glass fall
here, through our rose colored eyes, neither of us have seen such grace
just as those leafy shards float rest, so do we.
the wind has carried us here, and here we rest.
never has this peace been so real.

saw damien rice and fiona apple few nights ago...perfection, insane but perfection. once in a lifetime night...indescribable. *sigh*
